Update dataUpdate an existing artist or label HTML page

Upload your previously downloaded .html page. Its existing information fills the form below. Edit only what has changed; unchanged details and images are kept in the updated HTML. Clearing a field or removing an entry deletes it from the next version.

Use the exported profile file, not this builder. Private review details are not stored in public HTML; enter them again only when making a publish request.

Browser-local draft. Private details stay out of the public preview.

Your page, in full.

Local preview only. Nothing has been published.

Publishing, made simple.

No inbox setup or backend configuration needed

Download now saves your current artist or label page as one HTML file, with its images and reusable public metadata.

Publish request checks the completed form, downloads that HTML file, and opens your email app with a professional request addressed to the SwarVision team. Attach the downloaded HTML and press Send in your email app.

A mailto link can prepare the recipient, subject, and message. It cannot attach files or send email automatically. A configured email app or browser mail handler is required. Your page goes live only after the team reviews and publishes it.

From draft to your public page.

Build your page. Fill in the existing steps for your artist or label, upload images, and check the preview. Your two profile drafts remain separate.

Download now. Keep your page as a self-contained HTML file. The file includes reusable public metadata, so it can be updated later without starting again. Downloading does not publish it.

Publish request. Finish the required details and permissions. This button downloads the HTML and opens a prepared email to artistpage@swarvision.com. Attach the downloaded file and send the email. The team reviews the request before making the page live.

Update data. Upload your old exported HTML in the Update data section. Change the pre-filled information, then download or request publication of the merged version. Unchanged entries are preserved; entries you remove stay removed. Older SwarVision exports are read from their visible page content; information never included in that file cannot be recovered.

Private by default. Private review email, submitter details, hidden contact emails, and private notes are excluded from the HTML and its embedded metadata. Review details are included only in the prepared email. Browser drafts and JSON backups can contain private details; store them securely.
